Still Water.

Now that it has rained, water has been collected and the brew will be a bubblin'.

At last some rain.

At last some rain,is this perhaps the first sign of winter. We just hope for more rain at the moment.

Vegie patch

Between months of grasshopper plague, kangaroos, wallabies and wombats the vegie patch doesn't have much chance of success.

Cold Water

Its only early June In the Snowy Mountains.

Firewood and stills.

Six ute loads of wood out of this log and the main trunk hasn't yet been touched.

Contrary to popular belief around here this is wasted on heating water for washing, it is indeed the ideal basis for a mountain still.

Creek crossing

Well its either open the gate, or cross the creek...which do you think its goin to be??

In the Hills

Sunset

Sunset over the swamps of Kalangadoo.
It is time ol' Snaggletooth moved on.
Time to leave the swamps.
Time to head for the hills.
